In May 2021, BHP agreed to a staged farm-in where BHP has the right to earn up to a 75% interest in the Elliott project by sole funding up to $25m exploration expenditure within 10 years.
In Nov 2023, BHP withdrew from the farm-in.
SUMMARY
The company’s Chairman, Paul Chapman, is also a director of DRE. Both ENR and DRE command a large portfolio of the land but have done limited exploration.
