Airtasker (ART) (https://www.airtasker.com/au/) operates online marketplaces for local services in Australia, Uk and USA. It delivers a simple e-commerce experience for customers to buy local services and creates flexible working opportunities and income for Taskers.

The company was listed in March 2021 via raising $83.7m@65c, however, $68.7m was used to pay the existing outgoing investors.

In May 2022, the company acquired Oneflare, Australia’s 3rd largest local services platform, for $9.8m including $7.55m in shares@43c and $2.25m in cash. Oneflare forecasts to generate $6m revenue in FY23.

In June 2023, Channel 4 UK invested $6.5m for a 20% stake in Airtasker UK. The agreement allowed it to sell back the stake at the end of FY28 based on Airtasker UK TTM x Revenue Multiple.
