The Nuix platform supports a range of use cases, including criminal investigations, financial crime, litigation support, employee and insider investigations, legal eDiscovery, data protection and privacy, and data governance and regulatory compliance.

In September 2021, the company acquired Topos Labs for a total of US$25m. Topos is a developer of Natural Language Processing (NLP) software that helps computer systems better understand the text and spoken words at speed and scale.

In May 2023, the company acquired Rampiva, a workflow automation and job scheduling software provider, for a total consideration of US$4m (mix of cash and shares) plus US$3m shares as milestones payments.

CAPITAL STRUCTURE

Macquarie holds a 30% interest (95.6m shares).

The company still owes US$13.9m to Topos.
